By accessing or purchasing from coloringlearninglab.com (the "Site"), operated by Zebosoft ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Licensing

Digital products (PDF downloads): Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the purchased coloring book for personal or classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the PDF files.

Physical products (printed books): You own the physical item. Mass reproduction or resale of the content is prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders placed at the listed price at time of purchase will be honored.

4. Shipping (Physical Orders)

Physical products are shipped to USA addresses only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, page content, and site design are original works owned by Zebosoft. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the products are free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebosoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
